What would a café be without truly outstanding coffee? That’s why we get all our coffees from Java Tree Gourmet Coffee, roasted just around the corner in Manchester. Go to the Java Tree website to learn more about their fair trade, all natural, single country of origin coffees.

Here at Ellie’s, we take pride in our hand crafted espresso drinks. All baristas are trained first by Java Tree, then trained on site by our experienced baristas. Our cappuccinos aren’t made with an automatic espresso maker like those national chains—we take time and concentration to create the perfect blend of high quality espresso, steamed milk, and foam that no automatic espresso machine can mimic.

Cappuccino: 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foam
Latte: 1/3 espresso, 2/3 steamed milk, topped with foam
Mocha: a latte mixed with Torani chocolate syrup
Au Lait: ½ regular coffee, ½ steamed milk
Americano: 1:1 espresso and hot water (though some may prefer the cup filled with hot water)
